2. Advertising & Remarketing

This allows User Data to be utilized for advertising communication purposes, including remarketing (behavioral targeting) based on past use of this Application.

These services make it possible to manage a database of email contacts, phone contacts, or other contact information to communicate with the User.

  • HubSpot Email & CRM: Manages email addresses, lead management, and sends messages.
  • Twilio: Manages phone numbers and sending messages.
  • Direct Marketing via SMS: Processes phone numbers for direct contact.

4. User Interaction & Productivity

  • HubSpot Chat: Allows users to interact with live chat platforms directly from the application.
  • Google Docs & Google Meet: Used for handling productivity activities and web conferencing/telephony.
  • Contact Form: Collects name and email address when filled out by the user.

5. Heat Mapping & Session Recording

  • Microsoft Clarity: Displays areas of the application users interact with most frequently (clicks, scroll position).

6. Platform Services & Spam Protection

  • Webflow: Hosting and running key components of the Application.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: Analyzes traffic to protect against spam and bots.
  • Google Tag Manager: Manages tags and scripts in a centralized fashion.
